“Lipid droplets are intracellular oil-in-water emulsion droplets, which primarily regulate cellular energy metabolism. Our team at the LPENS combines in vitro emulsion and cell biology approaches to unveil physical mechanisms regulating the dynamics of lipid droplets”.
